Tamatar ki chatni banane ka tarika kaafi aasaan hai. Iske liye aapko kuch saamaan ki zarurat hogi aur sirf thodi der me ye ban kar tayar ho jaayegi. Yahan ek simple aur swadisht tamatar ki chatni ka recipe di gayi hai:

Tamatar ki Chatni ke liye Saamagri

  1. Tamatar - 4-5 medium size (bareek kaat lein)
  2. Hari mirch - 2-3 (bareek kaat lein)
  3. Adrak - 1 inch ka tukda (bareek kaata ya kuta hua)
  4. Sarson ka tel - 1-2 chamach
  5. Rai (sarson) - 1/2 chamach
  6. Jeera - 1/2 chamach
  7. Hing - 1 chutki
  8. Kari patta - 7-8 patte
  9. Namak - swadanusar
  10. Lal mirch powder - 1/2 chamach
  11. Gud ya chini - 1 chamach (optional, swad ke liye)
  12. Dhania patta - garnishing ke liye

Tamatar ki Chatni Banane ka Tarika

  1. Tadka lagana:
    Ek kadahi ya pan me sarson ka tel garam karein. Tel garam hone par isme rai, jeera, hing aur kari patta daal kar tadka laga lein.

  2. Hari mirch aur adrak milana:
    Tadke me hari mirch aur adrak daal kar 1-2 minute tak bhun lein.

  3. Tamatar daalna:
    Katte hue tamatar daal kar ache se mila lein. Isme namak, lal mirch powder daal kar dhak kar tamatar ko 8-10 minute tak pakne dein, jab tak tamatar naram na ho jaaye aur masala chhode.

  4. Gud ya chini daalna (optional):
    Agar aapko chatni thodi mithi pasand ho to gud ya chini mila lein aur ache se paka lein.

  5. Garnish karna:
    Jab chatni thik ho jaaye aur tel chhodne lage, to gas band kar dein. Is par bareek kata dhania patta dal kar garnish karein.

  6. Serve karna:
    Chatni ko garam-garam parathe, dosa, idli ya chawal ke saath serve karein.

Ye chatni swadisht hoti hai aur kai din tak fridge me store ki ja sakti hai.
