Paneer ki sabji banane ka tarika bahut aasaan hai. Aapko yahaan ek simple aur swadisht paneer ki sabji ki recipe batata hoon:

Samagri:

  • Paneer: 250 gram (cubes mein kata hua)
  • Pyaz: 2 (bareek kata hua)
  • Tamatar: 2 (bareek kata hua ya puree bana lein)
  • Hari mirch: 1-2 (bareek kata hua)
  • Adrak-lehsun ka paste: 1 chamach
  • Haldi powder: 1/2 chamach
  • Lal mirch powder: 1/2 chamach
  • Dhaniya powder: 1 chamach
  • Garam masala: 1/2 chamach
  • Kasuri methi: 1 chamach (optional)
  • Cream ya malai: 2 chamach (optional)
  • Tel ya ghee: 2-3 chamach
  • Namak: swad anusar
  • Hara dhaniya: garnish ke liye

Vidhi:

  1. Tel garam karein:
    Kadhai mein tel ya ghee garam karein. Usme hari mirch aur adrak-lehsun ka paste dal kar bhun lein.

  2. Pyaz bhunana:
    Bareek kata pyaz dal kar golden brown hone tak bhun lein.

  3. Tamatar aur masale:
    Tamatar ka puree ya kata tamatar, haldi, lal mirch powder, aur dhaniya powder dal kar ache se milayein aur masale ko tab tak bhun lein jab tak tel alag na ho jaye.

  4. Paneer add karein:
    Paneer ke tukde masale mein dal kar halke haath se mix karein. Agar gravy thodi patli chahiye to thoda pani dal sakte hain.

  5. Kasuri methi aur garam masala:
    Sabji mein kasuri methi aur garam masala dal kar ache se milayein. 2-3 minute ke liye dhimi aanch par pakne dein.

  6. Cream ya malai (optional):
    Cream ya malai dal kar gravy ko aur creamy banayein.

  7. Garnish:
    Hara dhaniya dal kar gas band kar dein.


Parosne ka tarika:

Paneer ki sabji ko garam-garam roti, naan, ya chawal ke sath parosein.
